I am an interesting person, interested in life and looking for a
companion who will be with me on this ride. I have a wide range of
interests and an open, enquiring mind. I am most proud of my
daughter and some of my academic achievements. I have also made
good use of the opportunities that have come my way. I don't like
narrow-minded people who are not involved in all life has to offer.
My daughter has now left home and I don't like living on my own.
I think life is infinitely more enjoyable in the right company. I
like to spend time at home, watching movies, reading, writing,
making things. I like to go out into nature - walking, cycling,
sailing, travelling abroad. I love beaches and historic sites. My
favourite movies make me feel good or make me think. My favourite
film-maker is Woody Allen. I left teaching two years ago and enjoy
part time work as an editor and doing charitable work. I like to
cook with my partner, but not often on my own. The most important
things in friendship are communication and consideration. |

I like men who are protective, intelligent, interesting, kind and
who have good manners. It would be nice to share some interests
and do things together, but it is also nice to have different
interests, or learn about each other's interests. I am not very
fussy about appearance, though I have to say that I like men who
are taller. I wouldn't like to be with anyone too much younger
than me, but I am open to someone being older than me. I can't
stand bigotry or addiction of any kind (alcohol, cigarettes,
gaming, whatever) |
